Understand and Agree to the following:
1. Tuition $140 will be paid in advance and be kept
current ($70 x 2 payment option paid on 6/2 and 7/9). A $5 late fee will be
made on all accounts more than 15 days past due.
2. I and the student are committed both financially and
musically to complete the semester.
3. Withdrawal opportunities are between semesters only.
If my student decides to withdraw early, I am still responsible for the full
semester's tuition.
4. I will endeavor to bring piano and/or vocal music into
the home through recordings, videos and concerts.
5. I will choose 8 lesson dates out of the options
provided in the teaching calendar.
